Cancellation Policy

 

When booking an appointment, please make sure the date/time you chose won’t impact your busy timetable.

 

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give me at least 72 hours notice, I will do my very best to reschedule your booking, but please remember that there is only me, I get booked up quickly and I don't have much flexibility when rescheduling, so there may be a wait. You must reschedule your booking for a date within 6 weeks of the cancelled appointment or the booking fee will be lost.

 

If you fail to attend your appointment/s or give less than 72 hours notice, I reserve the right to retain in full your booking fee/or you may lose the privilege of your complimentary top up, to recover my costs. Anyone who cancels last-minute more than 3 times will not be re-booked.

 

Please only book once you have the funds available and make sure you are 100% committed to your booking.

 

 

Booking Confirmation

 

Once you have booked, after 10 minutes you will receive a confirmation email. The email contains a link to this page and also to the Pre-treatment advice of your chosen treatment/s. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please make sure you read your confirmation email to prevent any issues on the day. If you have any questions you can get in touch with me anytime, and I'll reply once I'm available.

 

Booking Policy​

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, via bank transfer. The fee is to show you are serious about your booking/s. The fee is non-refundable and there are no exceptions, so please be sure when you make an appointment.

Your space will only be secured once the fee has been received.

Ombre/powder brows booking fee: £100.

Combination brows booking fee: £100.

For LB Brows/Lash lifting the booking fee is: £10 per treatment.

TIMINGS

To ensure the smooth runnings of my home-based studio, I am very prompt with timings. If you are early please wait until your agreed time to knock on the door. I work from home and I don't have a waiting area, and the chances are I will be with someone. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and your fee may be forfeited.

PARKING

There is parking available outside the front of the house, if the driveway is empty please feel free to use it. Please be courteous of the neighbours, and do not block driveways.

PAYMENT

Payment is required upfront on the day of your appointment. (Cash or card only please)

 

NO CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Although I understand this can be a sensitive subject, due to health & safety/insurance purposes, I cannot accommodate CHILDREN OR ANY OTHER GUESTS in my treatment room. It is not a suitable or safe environment for children, I am a mum myself and know childcare can be difficult, I will always do what I can to be flexible and work around your childcare arrangements.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Treatments, prices and promotions can be amended at any time without notice, I have a no refund policy and the right to refuse service to anyone.
