TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding with a booking you are entering a contractual agreement. These terms and conditions are to outline our relationship so please read through them carefully and let me know if you have any questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking your appointment please choose your time wisely to ensure it won’t impact your schedule. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give me at least 48hrs notice before your scheduled appointment. There may be a wait on your date so please bare this in mind for top ups.

If you fail to attend your appointment or give 48hrs notice, I reserve the right to retain your booking fee to recover costs. Anyone who reschedules more than three times will not be re-booked.

BOOKING FEE

When making a booking I trust that you will have considered your circumstances and are able to commit fully to following through with the treatment/s.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a space. Dates will not be discussed until the fee has been secured. Your booking fee will go towards the total cost of the service that you have booked for. The booking fee is non-refundable for any reason.

If you decide to cancel your appointment and/or not rebook due to unforeseen circumstances or a change of heart the booking fee with be retained, so please bare this in mind before you go ahead.

TIMINGS

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may be cancelled, traffic can sometimes build up so allow time to get here. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are early please wait in your car until your appointment time.

PLEASE COME ALONE

I have a licensed studio and my insurance covers you and me, so please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment and make arrangements for childcare/back up childcare ahead of time so that you can come and relax without any distractions.

DISCLAIMER

If I feel you are too indecisive, or you want me to do something that goes against my work ethics I retain the right to refuse to carry out the service and another booking fee will be required if you decided to book again. If you breach the conditions of the booking, do not follow the pre/aftercare, turn up with an undisclosed medical condition treatment will be refused and the booking fee will be forfeited to recover costs.
